Support Services Model

A flexible and customisable selection of operational support services, which can be combined with any of our other models for a comprehensive consumer finance solution."

The Support Services model offers you a flexible selection of peripheral operational support services that can be tailored to the requirements of your organisation. Combine this with our Core Processing, Client Services or Consultancy Solutions model for a complete consumer finance solution.

The Support Services model can include a combination of any or all of the following support services:

  • Document management, using our electronic Documentation Management System
  • Printing services, including direct mailers, statements, collections letters and administrative correspondence
  • Mailing services, including insertion and postage by local mail or bulk distribution via courier
  • Electronic communication, as an alternative to printing and mailing
  • Marketing materials, including the development of advertising creative
  • Personalisation services, including card personalisation and PIN production
  • Legal support, including ensuring that your organisation complies with local regulations and legislation
  • Advanced reporting, including customised Management Information Systems, and financial, credit risk and portfolio reporting

Combine this with either...

  • the Core Processing model, which includes:

    • The VisionPLUS® * credit processing system, caters for the entire credit lifecycle, including credit decision management, account management, customer servicing and collection management.
    • The TRIADTM ** adaptive control system, is fully integrated with VisionPLUS® *, and allows you to analyse credit risk and account management strategies and predict possible outcomes.
    • Operational and system support, as defined within the standard Service Level Agreement.
  • or the Client Services model, which includes all of the above, plus:

    • Centre of Excellence Contact Centre, a fully managed and staffed client services environment, featuring world-class infrastructure that can be tailored to the your objectives and requirements.
    • Management information and reporting, including standard Financial MIS, reporting and administration, and standard Operational and Credit Risk MIS and reporting.

You can also include the Consultancy Solutions model, which gives you on-demand access to our expertise in the following areas:

  • Credit risk, including strategy, policies, analytics and Management Information
  • Operational management, including strategy, productivity and Management Information
  • Product development, including strategy and product enhancement
  • Business process engineering and re-engineering
  • Business intelligence, including profiling, analytics and Management Information
  • Portfolio management, including strategy, analytics and Management Information
  • Regulatory and legislative compliance

Costs

The Support Services model is structured based on your operational requirements and the services selected. Services are either billed on a per-quantity basis, or on a fixed-cost basis per month or for a fixed term. The following additional costs could apply:

  • fees relating to the Core Processing, Client Services or Consultancy Solutions model, depending on your selection
  • reasonable Travel and Expenses
