Core Processing Model

Our Core Processing model is aimed at those clients who would prefer to implement or maintain their own in-house operational environment, but require outsourced processing and predictive analytics capabilities.

The Core Processing model includes:

• The VisionPLUS® * credit processing system, caters for the entire credit lifecycle, including credit decision management, account management, customer servicing and collection management.
• The TRIAD^TM ** adaptive control system, is fully integrated with VisionPLUS® *, and allows you to analyse credit risk and account management strategies and predict possible outcomes.
• Operational and system support, as defined within the standard Service Level Agreement.

Optional services

Additional Redwood services such as product development, credit risk and business process consulting are available at an additional cost. These optional services can be requested at any time.

Costs

The Core Processing model is structured on a per-account fee basis for standard account processing and account risk management. The following additional costs could apply:

• a once-off start-up cost, which will be based on Statement of Work, conversion requirements, training requirements, etc.
• the cost of any optional services requested
• reasonable Travel and Expenses
